Hello, everyone! I'm Shaindel: translator, interpreter and aspiring crafter, chef and photographer..! I have tons of ideas on my mind and I love to see them come true. I love photography, cooking, baking, cake decorating, stamping and paper crafting. I'm 30 years old and although I'm Venezuelan-born, I've been living near Milan (ITA) for the past 3 1/2 years with my husband, our dogs and his cat.

I'm so happy to be joining the wonderful ladies of the LTSCB DT, thank you Leslie for the opportunity!!

Hello!

My name is Irena and I am from the town of Dobrich, Bulgaria. I am happily married to my best friend. I am a mother of two grown-up daughters and one son. I have a granddaughter and she takes me back in time to motherhood in the sweetest way.

I feel free to call myself an artist, because I'm very artistic and I enjoy to practice this art ;)

I still wonder whether to call my art hobby or lifestyle.

I started with cards at the end of 2013. In the fall of 2014 I found mix media and since then it remains my preferred style. Although the cards will always have that special place on my work table. I still trying different techniques and in most cases I learn from other masters.

I create. I’m looking for stories in everything. Sometimes I do found it and sometimes – did not ... but all the time I realy enjoy crafting.

It is a big honor for me to be a part of Love to Scrap Challenge blog DT.

Blog - Robin's Reflections

I'm so excited to be on the team.  I live in Amherst, Ohio.  I have two daughters, one in North Carolina (she went there to college and decided to stay) and another on her way to college in the fall.  She will be going to Idaho.  I told her she can't stay there.  My sister got me into paper crafting in 2011 and absolutely love it!!!  Coloring is very stress relieving and it's so much fun to win stuff.  I have recently started in some mixed media and I'm having lots of fun with it too.  I really love all the creativity I see all over blog land and am finding I can be inspired by so many different things in life now.  Thanks so much for having me on your team!

Welcome Annette!

Hi everyone! I'd like to introduce our new DT member - Annette! She comes to us with some amazing crafting skills and we are very happy she has joined our team! She will begin creating with us in LTSCB #23 that will go live tomorrow morning!

Without further ado, here she is... her blog is Annette's Creations - please go check it out and leave her some love!

My name is Annette Reed. I am 46 years old. I live in Southeastern Ohio in a small town called McConnelsville in Morgan County. We are a rural area with just a few small towns and no big ones. The town's sign actually calls it a village. McConnelsville is the county seat. The next biggest town is about 28 miles away, but is nothing compared to places like Cincinnati or Cleveland. I work as a school secretary 35 hours a week. My husband's name is Russel (he goes by Russ or Rusty) and he works at the local power plant in Beverly. I have 2 daughters ages 24 & 23 and 2 sons ages 21 & 17. My eldest son joined the Navy last April and we don't see much of him. My youngest son is a senior in high school. My oldest daughter draws for an on-line comic strip and my other daughter works part-time at the Zanesville JC Penney. I have one granddaughter who will be 4 in March and is a great joy to me. I love spending time with her even though she makes me really tired. My time is spent between work, home, and church. My hobbies are reading, card making, and scrapbooking. I watch a lot of movies also. I love to watch movies while I create-although sometimes I end up blocking them out when the creative juices are flowing. I'm thrilled to be the newest member of the Love to Scrap Design Team and look forward to all the good things still to come.

Welcome Shuly!

I'd like to introduce our new DT member - Shuly! She comes to us with lots of crafty goodness and we are SO happy to have her join our team! She will begin creating with us in Challenge #8 that will go live tomorrow morning!

Hello! My name is Shuly.

I’m so excited to be part of Love To Scrap design team, it’s such a huge honour for me! I hope you’ll share some great times scrapping with us in the fabulous challenges coming up.
I’m a 41 year old married mom of 4 little girls aged 7, 5 and 2 years old, the last one is 3 month old. I live in a small village of south east France, in a region called Ardeche.
Life is often hectic at home with babies crying night and day (any magical solution to make them sleep the whole night through welcome by the way) but my husband is very supportive and I do get some time to scrap and knit.
I’m fairly new at card making. It takes me a couple of days to make a card, the most difficult part for me being paper matching. I’m addicted to dies, punches and stamps I just love to learn about how to use them and when I’m down, I find an excellent remedy is watching a video on stamp colouring or die use. I get my inspiration from all the amazing cards on the challenges. So I guess I can thank you all for helping me along!

Welcome and DT Call!

A huge welcome to the brand spankin' new Love To Scrap! Challenge Blog! I'm so excited that you're here and hope you're ready to play with us! I promise lots of fun and have some really exciting challenges in store! I'd appreciate it if you'd grab our badge with a link back here to help spread the word! :)

I've had some inquiries as to whether this new challenge blog is geared only toward the creation of scrapbook layouts. The answer is no. I've updated this post to make sure everyone knows that this new challenge blog is geared toward ALL types of papercrafting - the creation of cards, scrapbook layouts, ATCs, altered items (boxes, tins, etc.) and 3-D projects! ;)

Our challenges will begin at 9:00 AM EST on the first and third Monday of each month. They'll run for two weeks and end at 8:00 PM EST on Sunday. (Update: Beginning with Challenge #2, our challenges will begin at 6:00 AM EST and end at 6:00 PM EST.) Winner and Top 3 for each challenge will be chosen by our Design Team and announced one week after the challenge ends. Our first challenge is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 4th! It'll be here before we know it! ;)

I've lined up several wonderful sponsors with some pretty awesome prizes, but I still need several more. To any potential sponsors out there... please leave a comment if you'd like to sponsor a challenge! I would absolutely love to hear from you! ;)

Now, on to the DT call... I need some talented design team members that love to scrap! Scrapping includes cardmaking, scrapbook layouts, ATCs, altered items (boxes, tins, etc.) and 3-D projects. I'd love to have a team with diverse papercrafting experience! There are only a few requirements:

• Create two tangible DT inspiration projects a month (no digital creations).
• Take good photographs of your projects.
• Submit projects at least three days prior to the beginning of each challenge.
• Leave comments on participant blogs.
